Eminem - Despicable by The People's Poseur
2010/06/22 Relapse. Click on Vibe to listen to the first single "Not Afraid" (Via Vibe; Rap Radar.) First time I've cared about something Monsieur. Marshall Mathers had to say in awhile.
"Hollywood Divorce" by Outkast Feat. Lil Wayne & Snoop Dogg.
Rap Radar "Not That White Stuff"
I wanted to have the Murs song where he talks about white fans (or I could have had Wale's "The Kramer" or any of a number of other things) to lead into this discussion. This is The People's Poseur, so I'm not trying to make any claim's to authenticity, but is the typical business cycle of the blues, jazz, et al. doomed to be repeated? When I saw the Rap Radar thing I thought it was/still kind of think it is funny (I think I had recently seen a post about Asher Roth on there right before seeing the , too). I mean they are either talking about something on the level of The Insane Clown Posse ("Miracles" official music video here; SNL "Miracles" Parody here; on FOX News in 1995 here; on The O'Reilly Factor here) or Vanilla Ice or they could actually personally dislike me, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying the music or getting use of the site - although maybe that's not the best attitude to have. Anyway, what do y'all think?
